Girl Meets Texas (Part 2) is the twenty-first episode in the second season of Girl Meets World and the 42nd episode overall. It also serves as the second part in the 3-part event, and it first aired on October 17, 2015.
Synopsis
Riley, Maya and Lucas try to figure out their feelings while they are in Texas together.[2]
Overview
Riley has convinced herself that she and Lucas are like brother and sister, but Lucas and Maya are totally confused about what is happening at this point. Maya will not admit that she likes Lucas and Lucas has no idea what's happening. [3]

Riley: No, there's not. There is nothing you could do, Maya. Do you understand? It's you and me, until the time that we, you know..
Riley and Maya: [imitate dying] Bleh.
Vanessa: I wanted to say I'm sorry.
Zay: What'd you do?
Vanessa: I never really gave you a chance. Now I'm too late because I could never steal you away from your new friends, could I?
Zay: Steal me from these people? Hmph. No. No, you couldn't.
Vanessa: What if I bought you ice cream?
Riley: You need to feel whatever you feel, Maya. It's you and me forever. There is *nothing* that you could ever do to change that.
Riley: [to Lucas] Maya likes you.
Maya: Riley!
Riley: She's been hiding it all this time. It's why she couldn't watch you at the rodeo.
Maya: What are you doing?!
Riley: I saw you, Maya. I saw how much you cared.
[to Lucas] It's why she makes fun of you, I think.
Lucas: Riley, what are we?
Riley: I told you what we are.
Lucas: What if that's not what I think we are?
Riley: [to Maya] You stepped back. I know you stepped back.
Lucas: What's going on?
Maya: I don't know.
Lucas: I'm her brother now?
Maya: Apparently.
Lucas: [to Maya] You like me?
Maya: No.
Lucas: Maya, why didn't you want me to ride in the rodeo?
Maya: Because.. I didn't want you to win, and get all conceited.
Lucas: I don't think that's it.
Maya: [imitiating Lucas in a Southern accent] I don't think that's it.
Lucas: I don't talk like that, I just don't! Why do you see me like that?
Maya: Of course I don't see you like that! Can we just .. can we just look at this fire, please.
Maya: It's been bad enough that I've been keeping this secret from Riley all this time.
Lucas: What secret?
Maya: You guys are so much alike. I thought you were just like brother and sister too.
Lucas: Why?
Maya: You're at your best when you're just talking to each other. Looking out for each other. That's what I believed, but I kept it a secret. And now the secret's out, so I don't have to carry it around with me anymore. I just don't wanna have any more secrets from her.
Lucas: So you *don't* make fun of me because you like me?
Maya: I'm just gonna watch this fire.
Lucas: Maya, why do you make fun of me?
Maya: Because you're easy to make fun of!
Lucas: Okay, then stop!
Maya: Because you're a huckleberry. Because you're a Ranger Rick.
Lucas: Would you stop?
Maya: Look, if I had feelings for you, don't you think I'd just come right out and say it? Well, I don't, so what I do say is "har-harr"

Maya: *whispering* Why did you do that?
Lucas: I don't know, I just wanted you to stop! Please don't tell my sister.
